- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The purchase of licenses for the following: 6 each AutoCAD 2010 Legacy Standalone License 8 each AutoCAD 2010 Standalone License 14 each AutoCAD 2010 Subscription - 1 Year 45 each AutoCAD LT 2010 Standalone License 45 each AutoCAD 2010 Subscription - 1 Year 3 each AutoCAD Architecture 2010 Legacy Standalone License 1 each AutoCAD Architecture 2010 Standalone License 4 each AutoCAD Architecture 2010 Subscription - 1 Year 6 each AutoCAD Inventor Professional Suite 2010 Legacy Standalone License 2 each AutoCAD Inventor Professional Suite 2010 Standalone License 8 each AutoCAD Inventor Professional Suite 2010 Subscription - 1 Year Mfr: Autodesk Justification for Brand Name Only: A significant investment has already been made with the original software licensing and custom base-wide installation. The government has already installed several hundred Autodesk products throughout Robins AFB. Testing and implementing a new software would cause undue delays and work stoppage. By updating existing software, the government saves time and money. Autodesk products, specifically AutoCAD, has distinct compatibility issues which makes switching to an alternative software at this time impractical. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Todd Valasky (todd.valasky@robins.af.mil) no later than 11 Aug 09, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 17 Aug 2009. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
