- This project is for the Installation of an ILS (Localizer, Glide Slope and DME) at the San Francisco International Airport. Please note that there are specialized airport badging requirements, and an abbreviated timeline for the completion of the project (30 days). Due to time constraints, offers are due in TWO WEEKS, August 31, 2009. ANY DISCREPANCY within the RFO shall be resolved here. AUGUST 31, 2009 is the official due date for all proposals. Please note that contractors will be evaluated according to the tiered evaluation system. More information can be found in Section M of the attached RFO. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
