- This Pre-Solicitation Notice piggy-backs off the Sources SoughtNotice previously posted to FBO on July 15, 2009 for Courier Services atthe Department of Veteran Affairs, West Texas VA Health Care System tothe Big Spring, TX area from the surrounding four (4) communityoutpatient based clinics (CBOCs) located in Abilene, San Angelo andOdessa, TX as well as Hobbs, NM. The performance period commencesDecember 1, 2009 - September 30, 2010 for base year, with the possbilityof four (4) option years commencing October 1, 2010 - Sepember 30, 2011,2012, 2013, and 2014.
