- Technical Specifications for Recorders/Reproducers The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested small businesses with experience relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes 423410 (size standard is 500 employees). The set-aside for this requirement has not been determined at this time, but will be listed with the formal solicitation. We are requesting all interested and qualified firms to respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: name, address, phone, fax, email and website if applicable. This information must be emailed to the attention of SSgt Dustin Dallis at dustin.dallis@tyndall.af.mil by 21 Aug 2009. Any resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order and will require the contractor to provide (Quantity-28), TEAC V-800G-F Hi-8mm Recorder/Reproducers or meet the technical requirements listed in the attachment accompying this notice. This requirement is "Brand Name or Equal" IAW FAR 52.211-6. This sources sought notice shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. The resultant solicitation may be posted on the Government point of entry, FedBizOpps, approximately one week after the close date on this sources sought.
