This is not a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The approved source is NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION CAGE 76823. The government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options order against BOA N00383-06-G-032D. The letter solicitation will be issued on 31 August 2009 and close on 15 September 2009.
