- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma contemplates the acquisition of ten (10) different configurations of connectors for cables, in accordance with the specification chart in attachement labeled RFQ DTFAAC-09-R-06798. A firm-fixed-price type purchase order will be awarded as a result of this Request for Quote. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business.Quotes must be received by the FAA, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, August 24, 2009. Quotes shall be submitted by e-mail at barbara.smith@faa.gov. Quotes must be labeled as follows: Attn: Barbara Smith AMQ210, RFQ No. DTFAAC-09-R-06798. Any responses received after 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, August 24, 2009, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. In addition, all contractors shall complete and return the attached Business Declaration Form with their quotes. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
