- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler AMC, Hawaii, intends to issue a sole source award to NCS Pearson, Inc., 5601 Green Valley Dr No. 220, Minneapolis, MN 55437-1099 to provide the following software: (1) Four each, product number 30518, BASC-2 (Behavior Assessment System for Children) ASSIST PLUS WITH PRQ SOFTWARE 2nd Edition (2) Shipping Charges direct to: Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii 96859-5000. This brand name software is required to upgrade existing software currently used for patient assessment and ongoing evaluation during treatment. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated PEARSON Software is invited to submit a written notification to PRCO within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firms ability to provide the stated brand name software. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist. Ms. Annette Pickering at annette.pickering@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, PRCO will proceed with the sole source purchase order.
