- The Naval Air Systems Command, Lakehurst, NJ awarded a firm fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to Boonton Electronics, located in Parsippany, NJ for thirteen (13) Modulation Analyzers. The Modulation Analyzers will be used to support the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS). These units are integrated into the E-CASS and RT-CASS test benches and Test Program Sets (TPS). Boonton Electronics is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Modulation Analyzer and is the only known source that can provide the above item that will satisfy the program's requirements. The Government procured the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1.
