- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Competency 7.3, is requiring the acquisition of six one-page four color advertisements; to promote the NAVAIR and the Department of the Navy while offering students and professionals an opportunity to learn about numerous engineering opportunities at NAVAIR, as a sole source requirement to The National Society of Black Engineers (NSEB) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
