- *****SOLICITATION ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is August 31, 2009. ***** Project includes clearing and grubbing, removal of existing log stringer trail bridge, excavation and embankment of local material, aggregate placement, and fabrication and installation of trail bridge. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The project is located on the Middle Fork Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offers are due by close of business on September 14, 2009. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 30 calendar days. Estimated start work date is September 28, 2009. This contract is NOT set-aside for small business pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Act.
