- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 6 has a requirement for immediate installation of a burglar and panic alarm system for a leased clinical space located in Wilmington, NC. The award will be made to the leased property owner, Seamist Properties LLC, 3807 Peachtree Ave, Wilmington, NC at a cost of $27,498.68. The requirement is a sole source and in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 will not be competed due to the emergent need and the required coordination with and approval of the property owner.
