- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-09-Q-0085 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-1217. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 316991. This acquisition will be unrestricted in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The size standard is 500 employees. Contract Line Item 0001 - 10 each - Base foam for PRC-152 radio kit (FOAM INSERTS ONLY) - Foam goes in iM2750 case. Case dimensions 25"X 20"X 15" - Holds the following 13 ea AN/PRC-152C radios, 13 ea Whip antennas, 13 ea broadband antennas, 26 ea batteries, 1 ea single bay charger, 2 ea 6 bay chargers, 13 ea hand held mikes, 1 ea power strip. Contract Line Item 0002- 47 each - Base foam for PRC-148 radio kit (FOAM INSERTS ONLY) - Foam goes in Pelican 1610. Case dimensions 24"X 21"X 9" - Holds the following 13 ea AN/PRC-148 radios, 13 ea Whip antennas, 13 ea broadband antennas, 26 ea batteries, 13 ea hand held mikes, Contract Line Item 0003- 3 each - Base foam for Camcorder and accessories (FOAM INSERTS ONLY) - Foam goes in Pelican 1550 21"X 18"X 9" - Case holds 1 ea HDR-SR1 camcorder, 1 ea charger, 2 ea batteries, 1 ea USB cable, 1 ea audio video cable, 1 ea RGB cable, 1 ea remote, 1 ea manual, 1 ea CD Contract Line Item 0004- 2 each - Base foam for single STE (FOAM INSERTS ONLY) - Foam goes in Pelican 1550 Dimension 21"X 18"X 9" - Case holds 1 ea STE, 1 ea KOI card Contract Line Item 0005- 50 each - MRAP antenna case with custom foam inserts. - Approx case size 60"X 24"X 24" - Holds 2 ECM pods, 3 broadband vehicle antennas (Whip), 1 HF antenna (whip) Contract Line Item 0006- 1 each - VOIP phone case with custom foam inserts - Approx case size 24"X 21" X 9" (Must meet or compare to characteristics of the Pelican 1610) - Holds 6 ea Cisco VoIP phones, 6 ea Ethernet cables Contract Line Item 0007- 2 each - VSAT component case with custom foam inserts - Approx case size 32"X 24"X 20" (Must meet or compare to characteristics of the Pelican 1660) - Holds 1 ea BUC, 1 ea 6' cable, 4 ea LNB, 2 media converters, 2 power supplies, 3 CDs Contract Line Item 0008- 12 each - Tough book CF52 case with custom foam inserts. - Approx case size 40"X 21"X 19" - Holds 10 CF-52 laptops, 10 mice, 10 power supplies, 10 mouse pads, 10 Ethernet cables, Contract Line Item 0009- Shipping to Moody AFB, GA 31699. (If applicable) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- EQUAL ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR AWARD; HOWEVER, EQUAL ITEMS QUOTED MUST MEET SALIENT PHYSICAL, FUNCTIONAL, OR PERFOMRANCE CHARACTERISTICS. WE RECOMMEND ANY INTERESTED PARTIES COME TO MOODY AFB (AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT) TO GET EXACT MEASUREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN AND TO UNDERSTAND OUR REQUIRMENT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL END USER ACCEPTS DESIGN FOR ALL OF THE FOAM INSERTS AND CASES. ANY DESIGN FEE MUST ALSO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE (IF APPLICABLE). Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Request for Quotation (RFQ) should be submitted and shall contain the following information: RFQ NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME, ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS (if applicable). Signed quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount for each item. Offerors shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. LATE OFFERS: Request for Quotations or modification of quotes received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212.2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order to the offeror whose price is judged to represent the best value to the government. Evaluation criteria are as follows Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Price and Past Performance, and Technical Performance. Offerors MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR). All offerors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) and online representation and certification application (ORCA) must be activated.
