- The deadline has been extended to August 19, 2009, 4:00 pm. The Women's Bureau, Region IV, is currently soliciting a proposal, limited to 10 pages, for implementing a project that will foster better earings and better living for unemployed women by providing them with training that will help them start "green" small businesses and/or gain employment in high demand non-traditional "green" careers.
