Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the following delineated area of Richmond, Virginia: NORTH: Nine Mile Rd. to Oakley Ln. EAST: Oakley Ln. from Williamsburg Rd. to Nine Mile Rd. SOUTH: Williamsburg Rd. to Masonic Lane to Oakley WEST: Masonic Lane from Nine Mile Rd. to Williamsburg REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease 6,466 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office or retail space for use by tenant, personnel, furnishings and equipment. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by August 24, 2009 and include the following: 1. Building Name and Address 2. Available square feet and rental rate per square foot 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor 4.
