- The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 2,885 contiguous Rentable Square Feet to yield no less than 2,509 ANSI/BOMA office area and related space in Palmdale or Lancaster, California along with 3 on-site surface parking spaces. Proposed building must be located in a professional and well-maintained setting. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that is capable of being customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. Premises must offer proximity to local bus transportation and other amenities.. The delineated area is the city limits of Palmdale, CA and the city limits of Lancaster, CA. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space should be available for occupancy by August 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
