- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing a Request For Proposal number 201819R037. This will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. We are seeking contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220;Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, within the size standard of $33.5 Million. Magnitude of this project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Work will require the contractor to provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary to accomplish the following at Office/Visitor Center, Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge: (1) Frame hat channel from cinderbolick wall above ceiling to roof line on approximately 4,000 sf buidling through the use of 5/8 inch type x drywall and related miscellaneous supplies; and (2) Gable vents and Sealing Dampers; and (3) Miscellaneous electrical work; and (4) Insulation. Quarters Building, Maxwell National Wildlife Refuge: (1) Remove and replace 2 existing doors and windows. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 18, 2009.
