- NASA/KSC has a requirement for one (1) each System Monitoring and Control (SMC)server per the attached specification # 240C3100002-001. The specifications and drawingsare linked above or may be accessed athttp://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=.]This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends toacquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures setforth in FAR Part 13.Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing togloria.a.mcintosh@nasa.gov no later than 4:00 PM EST, August 21, 2009. Quotes must bereceived by 4:00 PM EST September 3, 2009. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitorthis site for the release of amendments (if any).
