- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Governent intends to solicite and negotiate with only one source (T-System Inc.) under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interest perons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competive proposals. However, all proposals received wihtin forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Templates and Licensing Agreement •Template Layout and Content Consultation •Chart Flow Consultation •Storage Unit for Templates •Reproducing and Copying Templates Training and Consultation •Physician Training •Orientation of Coders •Training for Other Personnel as needed (e.g. nurses and admitting personnel) •Full-time on-going Administrative and Technical Support in Training new Physicians and Resolving System Problems. •Full-time Administrative and Technical Support Services during Implementation Process Templates must act as a guide to typical Emergency Medicine.
