- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISCSD) Seal Beach Division Contracting Department intends to award a sole source contract to RT Logic, Inc., 12515 Academy Ridge View, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, for the purpose of acquiring system support for six RT Logic T505P and six T508+ telemetry process and command devices. The support will consist of the repair or replacement of failed units, product software update releases, and telephone support. These devices are located at the Naval Satellite Operations Center, CA and Schriever Air Force Base, CO. RT Logic is the original equipment manufacturer of these devices and maintains all proprietary rights to the hardware and software. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13.5. The period of performance will be one year from date of award with options for 4 additional years.
