Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Alaska Fisheries Science Center, Auke Bay Laboratories has a requirement for pavement of approximately 8,000 to9,000 square feet of existing compacted D1 roadway on the NOAA facility. See attached statement of work for complete description of services. All interested concerns must submit a quotation and documentation demonstrating the qualifications to provide services as described above within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed order will be issued for a period of performance through October 30, 2009. All responses must be in writing and delivery to fax number 907-789-6004 or by email at Heather.Mahle@noaa.gov on indicated response date in the RFQ.
