- PR-DC-09-01515 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The US EPA's Research and Program Support Division of the National Center for Environmental Economics, has a requirement for the following line items: 1. 5 each of Mathworks MATLAB Software (Part # MLALL), 2. 5 each of Optimization Toolbox (Part # OPALL), 3. 5 each of Symbolic Math Toolbox (Part # SMALL), 4. 5 each of Mathworks First Year Software Maintenance, 5. 5 each of Option for Year 2 of Software Maintenance, and 6. 5 each of Option for Year 3 of Software Maintenance. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order for the above line items, under the authority of FAR Part 13. The Period of Performance will be one-year from date of installation of the software maintenance service. Interested persons may respond to this RFQ by submitting their best price offer, via email only, to bowman.janetb@epa.gov. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 2:30 pm on Thursday, 20 August 2009, will be considered by the Government. For further information contact Janet B.
