- Department of Veterans Affairs; VAMC,215 North Main Street, White River Junction, VT.,05009, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a complete and fully integrated OR endoscopy suite with Alliant Healthcare Products of Richland, MI. System and all accompanying software must be compatible and function with any/all of the current Stryker equipment such as insufflators, digital capture and light box. System will include but not be limited to an endoscopic lighting source, camera control unit which will function with camera heads, insulfflator that will be compatible to the disposable tubing, digital capture that can route video signals to the imaging system which will store pictures and video and allow for arching on CD, DVD, USD or networking. System will utilize existing cables and will terminate new ones if necessary. Cables must fit into the Stryker Router and interface with the current Stryker endoscopy equipment. The touch panel should be able to allow for device control. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. NO solicitation document is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the VA requirements to the Contracting Officer. Responses received on or before August 21, 2009, will be considered. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice will be solely at the discretion of the Government.
