NSN 1680-00-671-3837, PR number IQC09194009042, Seat, Aircraft, (Left Side Troop Seat) used on the C-130 Hercules Aircraft. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 54, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 216, Max Contract Qty per year is 432. Orders are to be shipped within 168 days After First Article and Fit Test approval to stock locations in the Continental United States. Configuration Controlled Item with approved sources of CR Daniels, CAGE 15814, P/N A6897-1L; Lockheed Martin Svc, CAGE 1WL60, P/N 695607-7; Newgard Ind, CAGE 59686, P/N 1VC1001-1L; ORO Mfg, CAGE 76912, P/N ACA3101-1L and Lockheed Martin Corp, CAGE 98897. P/N 695607-7 Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is August 31, 2009 with a closing date of October 01, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
