- This procurement (Sealed Bid) is to provide Sodium Permanganate to Dalecarlia and McMillan, Water Treatment Plant, Washington Aqueduct Division, Washington, D.C. The contract duration is 12 months. The receipt date for proposals is September 25, 2009. This procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS CODE 325188 applies to this procurement. Submission requirements (plans/specs) will be available on/about August 26, 2009 via http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (search on W91236% for solicitation issued by Norfolk District). Plans and Specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS, https://www.fedteds.gov) database prior to download of plans and specifications. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract.
