- This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source to BICSI, located at Hidden River Parkway, Tampa, FL 33637. This is for a continued service under NACIS Code 611519. Solicitation M6700109Q0322. CLIN 0001: ITS TECHNICIAN TRAINING. TE350. Class Dates: 14 - 18 Sep 2009. (16 seats) Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 2 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
