- Description
- The internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to Mergent, Inc for Online Global Database Subscription Services. This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(c)(ii). The requirement will be fulfilled by the delivery of the following items: 1.subscription service CD-Rom; 2 online gobal database enterprise license for ten concurrent users; 3 manuals on cd-rom to be updated quarterly and 4 domestic and international excel spreadsheet to updated quarterly. The data retrieved from the online global database will be used for financial and industry analysis as well as business activities in accordance with NAICS. This notice of intent to award should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a formal Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation or contract. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids, or ofers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any costs for information or inquiry submitted as a result of this request.
