- Request for Information (RFI) - Complete Document with instructions for response. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA), Aerial Photography Field Office (APFO) is requesting information from industry on available commercial off the shelf (COTS) web-based business application solutions for improving and simplifying internal process and operational systems, and meeting specialized government requirements. Solutions must also meet Federal Desktop Core Configuration requirements: http://nvd.nist.gov/ncp.cfm?fdcc_chklst. APFO is requesting general COTS pricing information to formulate project cost estimates and subsequent budget requests. Potential solutions may have to be integrated in an incremental manner depending on cost estimates. Key inputs to the Oracle environment are contract and customer related. Solutions will need to be customizable, flexible and scalable in order to adapt to the current database (Oracle). The Government does not presently intend to award a contract, but wants to obtain price, delivery, other market information, or capabilities for planning purposes. Response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
