- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0599 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35, Defense Circular Number 20090729, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333412. 0001 - High Pressure Folding Mist Fan Cart Part# - AQ24 - General specifications include the following: 24" oscillating fan head, pump: 2 speed - 115V/60HZ, 1/4HP, 5,200/4440 CFM, 2.2/3 AMP, misting ring: 15" stainless steel mist ring with 6.008" brass and stainless steel nozzles, integrated garden hose connection for direct hook up to water supply if available, thick-walled poly 12 gallon water tank, heavy duty tank enclosure with water level sight window, (3) position switch for "Mist and Fan" / OFF / "Fan only" settings, 6' GFI power cord, 6" tank opening with vented cap for easy filling and 2" drain cap for fast emptying, or equal, Qty. 2 EA. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 355 SFS/S4R, 3345 South First Street, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance.
