- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6740009T0299 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The NAICS code is 333512. The Government intends on issuing a purchase order to the offeror that represents the best value to the government. The following factors will be considered when determining the best value: Price, Delivery Terms, and Technical Capability. Detailed specifications must be submitted for appropriate review prior to Delivery Order award. Failure to provide product proposals that meet the salient characteristics may result in your quote being considered non-responsive. The requirement for the items are included in the attachment. Stateside delivery and local delivery are acceptable. Delivery point from local offers is to Bldg 346, Facility Engineering, Camp S.D. Butler, Kitamae, Chatan Cho, Nakagami Gun, Okinawa, Japan 904-0100 Delivery point from offers within CONUS is to Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Depot, Bldg. 30 CCP, 25600 Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95376. All services/material awarded under this contract are expected to be delivered 21 days after the award.
