- FDA1061713 The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to solicit quotes for phospholipid profiling services of urine and tissue samples. It is anticipated that the Government will award one (1) firm fixed price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR part 13. The award shall not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold with a performance period of twelve (12) months plus one option year from the date of award. FDA intends to solicit this requirement as a 100% total small business set aside under NAICS code 325412. This announcement is not a request for quote (RFQ). FDA anticipates release of the RFQ on or around 25 August 2009 and it will be available on the FedBizOpps website as a modification to this announcement. The anticipated award date for this effort is on or before September 14, 2009.
