Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). Solicitation will be available on the internet at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on approx. 17 August 2009. All responsible sources may submit a bit, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office.
