- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 August 2006. This is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 332999 size standard 500 Employees. The United States Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia has a requirement for the following: 1 each Justrite 28380 8 drum safety locker1 each Justrite 28160, 6 drum outdoor safety locker4 each 4 drum locker, Justrite 281401 each 2 drum locker, Justrite 281202 each Vertical Sylinder Storage Cabinet, Durham EGCVC9-255 each Yellow Steel Ramp, Justrite 2813205 each Shelving Kit, Justrite 2872 Award will be to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be in aggregate only.
