- DENVER_RFQ Denver_PWS Denver WD-denver2005-2081 Denver Attachment2 Price Sheet This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation request issued under number CNSHQ09T0032 for proposals for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government anticipates award of one base year with four option years if exercised by the government. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). This solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35 effective July 14, 2009. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 812320-Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated with a Size Standard restriction of 4.5 million dollars. The Performance location is Corporation of National and Community Service; AmeriCorps*National Civilian Community Corps, (Government), Walsh Hall Basement, 3001 South Federal Blvd., Denver, CO 80236, and it is anticipated that award of a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order will result from this Request for Quote (RFQ). PLEASE SEE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) AND OTHER ATTACHMENTS OF DETAILED INFORMATION FOR RESPONDING TO THIS REQUIREMENT. Attachments: 1. RFQ 2. PWS 3. Attachment2 Price Sheet 4. Wage Determination The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government as follows: Award will be made on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote, considering past performance. Past Performance data must be submitted with proposal to include relevant current and past government contracts (not more than 4) in the last three (3) years, or other contracts servicing customers of similar size and type. Your response must demonstrate your experience and capability of providing the requirements. The government reserves the right conduct a pre-award site survey prior to award. If the lowest priced responsible offeror is judged to be technically acceptable considering past performance risk rating, then that offer shall represent the best value for the Government and the evaluation process may stop at that point. Award shall be made to that offeror without further consideration of any other offers. The vendor shall include a complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror ons and Certifications-Commercial Items with your quote. **OFFERORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3 WITH THE QUOTATION OR MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS APPLICATION (ORCA) RECORD.**. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the offer is received in total by the Government by the deadline. Questions shall be submitted to Mr. Wheeler and Mr. Dawson by 2:00pm eastern time by August 13, 2009 after this date no questions will be answered. No questions will be accepted over the phone. All questions will be addressed as an amendment to this solicitation.
