- Pricing Schedule Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Bureau of Prisons (BOP), National Institute of Corrections (NIC Division), is seeking quotes for mailing and database services. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Services required include data entry, data processing, database maintenance, and mailing services. Lettershop (postage) needs are supplied through existing Government sources and contracts. The contractor must provide labels when required for mailing. In addition to the information in this notice, specific service protocol and management requirements are outlined in the attached statement of work. Note: This requirement is classified as an indefinite delivery requirements contract and award will be based on lowest price offered in response to this solicitation. The NIC division has an extensive database used to distribute publications to the corrections field. This database needs to be updated throughout the year with an updated master list sent to NIC. Services also include: Mailing documents of sizes varying from less than 1/4" to greater than 1/4" Mailing documents to a portion or all of the addresses in the database Printing and supplying mailing labels from specific source codes to entire source codes within the database. Printing and stuffing envelopes The database is the sole property of NIC and all other use is therefore prohibited. Registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) database is mandatory. Information and registration details can be found at www.ccr.gov. In addition, it is advised that offerors be registered and complete the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Information and registration details can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Interested parties submitting responses that are not registered with ORCA MUST submit the clause found at FAR 52.212-3 - Representation and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their response. QUOTES SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS A FIRM-FIXED PRICE PER SERVICE LINE ITEM. ALL SERVICE LINE ITEMS MUST BE PRICED. OFFERORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION WITH THEIR QUOTES. OFFERORS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED PRICING STRUCTURE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
