- Description of requirement for the pews Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3H0N19148A001 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337127. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Pews - Upholstered Seat (shorter for handicap seating) 14'0" pews. Gothic style (2 each) - Upholstered Seat (18'0" pews). Gothic style (20 each) - Gothic style end (66 each) - Pew Book rack with cupholders (116 each) - Wood kneelers (424 Lin Ft, 50 lin ft, 78 lin ft) (552 each) - Frontal screen (13 ft Gothic style) (1 each) - Pencil card holders (116 each) - Upholstered Seat (10'0" pews Gothic style) - Upholstered Seat (13'0" pews Gothic style) - Delivery charge - Installation charge Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Offutt AFB, NE 68113 Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
