- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure, on a competitive basis, seven (7) computers with the following specifications:.Processor: Quad Core Intel Xeon Processor X5492 (3.4GHz,2X6M L2,1600).Operating System: Genuine Windows Vista Business 64 Edition Downgrade, XP 64 Installed.Memory: 16GB, DDR2 SDRAM FBD Memory, 800MHz, ECC (4 DIMMS).Keyboard: USB Entry Quietkey, No Hot Keys.Monitors: Two 22-inch Widescreens, Adjustable Stand, VGA/DVI.Graphic Cards: 1.5GB PCIe x16 nVidia Quadro FX4800, Dual Monitor DVI Capable.Boot Hard Drive: minimum 80GB SATA 3.0Gb/s,7200 RPM Hard Drive with 8MB cache.Hard Drive Configuration: C2 All SATA drives, Non-RAID, 2 drive total configuration.Mouse: USB Optical Mouse with scroll.DVD and Read-Write Devices: 16XDVD AND 16XDVD+/-RW, w/ Cyberlink PowerDVDT and RoxioCreatorT.2nd Hard Drive: minimum 80GB SATA 3.0Gb/s,7200 RPM Hard Drive with 8MB Cache.Software: Microsoft Office Standard 2007The item quoted must be the exact item specified above; substitutes are not acceptable. Please note that each computer requires two (2) monitors. This item will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 2:00 PM ET on 14 August 2009.
