- Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in accordance with FAR Part 13. This synopsis/solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, requires one room to be set up for Video Tele Conference capabilities. The installation shall include the following brand name or equal parts:One (1) Polycom ISDN VTC - One (1) PTZ cameras/ two mics - One (1) Mitsubishi WL639 Data/Video 3500 lumens projector with mount - One (1) 32" NuVision LCD display with tilt mount - One (1) 32" NuVision LCD display with articulating mount - One (1) MX3000 remote with two base stations. Vendor quotes shall include all parts and labor necessary to complete the installation and any cost for training up to four people on use of the equipment. A site visit is available on 19 August 2009. If a site visit is desired, please contact the Contract Specialist (Carrie Moore - 540.653.4401 or carrie.moore1@navy.mil) no later than 5:00pm EST on 14 August 2009 to make the proper arrangements. It is required that all services and training be completed by 30 September 2009. This effort will be FOB Destination (Dahlgren, Virginia). The effort is set aside for small businesses as described under NAICS Code 238210 - Size Standard $14,000,000.00.
