- Notice of Intent Solicitation No. 33-09-418 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Division of Contracts Mail Stop TWB 01 B10M Washington, D.C. 20555 Classification Code: -- Publications Contracting Office Address: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of Administration Division of Contracts 11545 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852-2738 United States The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) proposes to purchase an online subscription with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). The proposed effort will provide NRC staff with online access to ASCE journals and proceedings. The period of performance for this effort is one base year and two option years beginning January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2012. This notice of intent is neither a request for quotes or a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities and any other information that demonstrates an ability to meet the NRC’s needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to Wanda M Brown, Contract Specialist, at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Contracts, TWB 01 B10M, Washington, D.C. 20555 via mail no later than August 17, 2009.
