- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Combo) for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E3RM9205A001. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on price, and the ability to meet minimum specifications (technically capable). The attached solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34 (14 July 2009). This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334112 The SB size standard for this code is 1000 Employees. Quotes will be due by 14 Aug 2009 4:00 PM MST. DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001 - Item # 10423 - New RTI ECO Auto-Smart for Maintenance thru deep scratch repair of DVDs, CDs, CD-ROMs, Book-on-Discs. Full Automatic Operation Handling 1 Disc Unattended. Precision Computer Controlled Flat Polishing Technology Whisper Quiet Operation Includes Supplies to repair approx. 400 Discs 1 Year Parts/Factory Labor Warranty. CLIN 0002 - UPS Shipping. Delivery will be made to: 1051 Connecticut, Bldg 588 HOLLOMAN AFB, NM 88330 Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
