- Description
- In addition to CLIN 0001 & SOW: Install Johnson DDC Controls Bldg 441. Connect to existing energy mgmt control system,. Add Johnson Unit 141-1 Digital Controls per systems. Replace all old valve actuators, as required. Install new supply. Return water supply sensors and outside air sensor. Install NCM350 Master Controller c/w ethernet network as required between boiler and chiller system. Programming addresses at the NCM and PMI (Personal Machine Interface) All Alarm points and command points as needed. Provide all electrical wiring and conduit. Provide enclosure panel for all controls. Provide as built control drawings.
