- Contracting Office Address: Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Keesler AFB, 81st Contracting Squadron, 310 M Street, Bldg 4605, Keesler AFB, MS 39534-2147 Description: The 81st Contracting Squadron, Keesler AFB, MS intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Dictaphone, a division of Nuance Corporation. Nuance Corporation will be providing system maintenance to Keesler’s Medical Group Dictaphone system. Period of performance will be from 1 Oct 2009 to 30 September 2010. NAICS: 811219. The determination not to compete this requirement is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The Government will review all responses, without prejudice, received by the closing date. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302. Tentative issue date of solicitation is 14 Aug 2009. Any interested party must download the solicitation and other documentation from FedBizOps. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency.
