- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S6-09-R-0009. Pre-Solicitation Notice W911S6-09-R-0009 The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground Directorate of Contracting intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for interested contractors to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to install 2 HVAC Systems the Ditto area of Dugway Proving Grounds, Dugway, Utah in accordance with solicitation plans and specifications. The plans and specifications will be posted on the FBO website once the RFP is released for competition. The formal RFP is anticipated to be released on or around June 11, 2009. This acquisition is unrestricted. All qualified contractors, as described in the solicitation, shall be allowed to submit a proposal. The estimated price range for this project is between $275,000.00 and $325,000.00. The estimated closing date is August 20, 2009. The estimated completion date is anticipated to be 120 calendar days after notice to proceed.
