- RECOVERY--The proposed procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside; NAICS 237310 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $33.5 million average annual receipts over preceding three fiscal years, estimated cost of services is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicit and award one contract for construction consisting of paving and stripe West Virginia Access Road, Howell Run Picnic Area, West Virginia Overlook, Maryland Overlook, Dike Area and Administration/Maintenance Areas at Jennings Randolph Lake West Virginia. Completion no later 60 calendar days. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the information for bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via email to peter.j.kho@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, P. O. Box 1715, Attn: CENAB-CT, Baltimore, MD 21203. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but unclassified documents and require users to have valid MPIN entered in the FBO systems to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
