- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR UROLOGY SERVICES The Department ofVeterans Affairs, VISN 1 is soliciting proposals to provide urologyservices for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs MedicalCenter (VAMC) Manchester, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH, 03104, for aone base year period, with two one-year options to be exercised at thediscretion of the government. The purpose of this contract is for aboard-certified/board eligible physician to provide diagnosis andtreatment of Urological conditions. The board-certified/board eligiblephysician will be required to provide on site and telephoneconsultations for patient requiring urology services to veteranbeneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Manchester, NH. Requirementwill include the contractor to hold privileges at local facilities i.e.Elliot Hospital, Catholic Medical Center, Parkland MC and/or ConcordMedical Center for admitting during non clinic hours for patients of theVA Medical Center, Manchester, New Hampshire. All responsible sourcesmay submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposalswill be evaluated on the technical evaluation factors contained withinthe solicitation. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Pricecontract and the acquisition is unrestricted for Full and OpenCompetition. NAICS code: 622111, size standard: $10.0 million. Allofferors shall be registered with the CCR database at www.ccr.gov to beconsidered for an award. This requirement is subject to the availabilityof funds. The Solicitation should be available on or before August 14,2009 at www.fedbizopps.gov, with proposals due approximately September11, 2009. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also beavailable at the URL address and offerors are responsible for obtainingany/all amendments issued.
