- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for REMOVAL OF OIL WATER SEPARATOR at USARC, San Bernardino, CA. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to remove the oil water separator by installing four (4) bore holes, draw samples, analyze as specified and prepare final reports and submissions to regulatory agencies. In addition, back fill hole with clean dirt, compact and patch with asphalt to match existing. Compliance with all federal and environmental regulations and laws is mandatory. All operations necessary to accomplish the work will be done in accordance with the project Scope of Work and Drawing. Solicitation number W9124N-09-R-0058 will be available on or about 10 Aug 2009. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is scheduled for Monday, 17 August 2009 at 9:00am (PST). Site visit location is 296 E. 3rd Street, San Bernardino, CA. All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted NLT 21 August 2009 at 9:00 a.m. (PST). The primary Site Visit POC is Deborah Burr, PH: 951-880-4044. Alternate Site Visit POC: Diane Clark 562-795-1445. Only contractors that sign in during the mandatory site visit will be considered for this acquisition. Proposals are due Friday, 28 August 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is set-aside at 100% as a Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0M. Performance period is 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Payment and performance bonds are required for this project. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
