- Description
- Solicitation for Aerobics Instructor Nonpersonal Services: Aerobics Instructor. The work is to be performed at the Barksdale AFB Fitness Center. The contractor shall perform appropriate classes as described in the statement of work and in accordance with Barksdale AFB Fitness Center standards. The period of performance will be 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 713940 and the corresponding size standard is $7.0 Million. The anticipated issue date is 10 August 2009. The anticipated Offeror Due Date is 24 August 2009. The solicitation will be available only via the Electronic Posting System. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. No bidder's mailing list will be maintained. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE AN AWARD IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
