- Drawings This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 10PSWD-09-R-0002 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS is 442210, and the small business size standard is $ 7.0 million dollars CLIN 0001: Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to remove/ dispose of existing carpet and cove base, supply and install tile carpet (approx 1239 SqFt) and cove base (approx 145 LnFt) in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) attached to this solicitation. A site visit has been scheduled. You must contact the Contract Specialist for site visit information. The contractor's offer shall include a product information on proposed items, including: manufacturer, part number and product description. Offers that do not include product information will not be considered. If an offer cannot comply with every requirement of this solicitation, the offer will not be technically acceptable, and therefore will not be considered. Once an offer has been determined to be technically acceptable, and in compliance with all directions in this solicitation, the Government will award to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price. The successful offeror MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Program @ www.ccr.gov and https://ora.bpn.gov. The following clauses are incorporated - 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items 52.247-34, FOB Destination; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive; 52.222-41, Service Contract Act of 1965; 52.223-4, Recovered Material Certification; 52.223-10, Waste Reduction Program.
