- Contractors, please submit this form as a part of your response to this solicitation. Thank you. Beale AFB intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for Truck Dock Load Leveler Springs and Installation. This solicitation is under NAICS 811310. The entire solicitation (Number: s-0001) will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 10 Aug 2009. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the website: FBO, to Vendors to Agency acronym: USAF, Air Combat Command, Locations, 9 CONS, Beale AFB, CA. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax or email your quote in as required in the solicitation. Telephone and fax requests for the solicitation will not be honored. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Quotes are due no later than 1700/5:00pm (PST) Friday, 21 Aug 2009.
