- RECOVERY J - Provide services to remove existing condensate surgetank at the VA Medical Center, Bldg. 320 Boiler Plant, Martinsburg, WVand replace with a new condensate surge tank. The NAICS is 811310, sizestandard is $7.0 million. This is a veteran-owned small businessset-aside procurement. This procurement is being conducted under theSubpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures applyand the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12,13 or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. Solicitation documentswill be available for download as of today or tomorrow. The VA will notprovide hard copies of the solicitation. Note: Contractor isresponsible for downloading all documents, including amendments. Allquestion shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer viaemail or fax. Faxed, verbal or emailed proposals will NOT be accepted.
