- The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) has aneed to lease office space for the purpose of operating a Compensation &Pension Exam Clinic. The clinic will occupy approximately 1,800 - 2,100square feet which accommodates Physician offices, exam rooms, PSAoffice, Reception desk, waiting room, Staff break room and misc.. The delineated area locates this facility near and within efficientwalking distance from all other mental health functions in New Orleans,La. SLVHCS has facilities at 3426 and 3434 canal street. The delineatedarea is approximately a 2 block radius with logical borders from the NewOrleans Clinic and Current Administrative Offices. The four corners ofthe boundary may be established by the intersections of the followingstreets North - Jefferson Davis ParkwayWest - Cleveland AvenueSouth -Telemachus StreetEast -Iberville Street Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be accepted from interestedparties through August 14, 2009. The responses to this announcement willbe used to assess market availability and the applicability ofsocioeconomic and small business preferences. Interested parties who areregistered with SBA and VETBIZ under a qualifying program or those whoqualify but have not yet registered must identify their preferencestatus in the SOQ to assist the government in making an accurateset-aside determination. Interested parties may submit SOQs to RobynCalliham at the P.O.C. addresses provided in this announcement.
